As we check all our products carefully before shipping them to you, you should receive them in excellent condition. However, please contact us at: support@dressmi.com.my if the item sent to you is incorrect or defected. Please send us clear photo(s) of the items in the original condition and state the reason(s) for return.

You should report the problem to us within 3 days after receiving the product and return it to us within 7 days on receipt of your order.

Please note that there may be a slight difference between our written size measurements and the actual product measurements and this variance will not be considered as a defect.

Dressmi will only accept NON-discounted items in their original condition i.e. no wear and tear or odours. Dressmi will not be responsible for returns that do not reach us and hence, we recommend you insure your parcel for its appropriate value.

We will then ship the correct/non defect item back to you at no additional cost. We will be responsible for the returning shipping fee but you will have to pay the shipping fee from you to Dressmi.

We offer exchange on items found to be defected due to our fault. Defect(s) caused by the fault of third party or customer's fault cannot be exchanged.

As each product comes with its detailed sizing description, please kindly note there is no exchange allowed for sizes. If you have any further sizing queries, please email us at support@dressmi.com.my to check before you purchase.

There is also strictly no cash refund unless the item is out of stock.
